Where do you deliver?
To Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
How long does delivery take?
Standard Delivery is free and estimated at 10–25 business days. Priority Delivery is 3.90, with an estimate of 8–20 business days. Both estimates start on your order date and leave out weekends and public holidays.
Could I be charged customs on arrival?
Yes, it can happen, so any duties or taxes your country applies are paid by the recipient and are not part of the checkout price.
How do I return something?
Email contact@arellaboutique.com within 30 days of delivery. Wait for our approval before posting anything; if we need the item back, the return address is in our reply. We refund you no later than 10 business days after approving the return.
Are sale items returnable?
Yes. Discounted and sale items follow exactly the same 30-day return rules as everything else.
